OneClickTube Launches as Alternative to Traditional Legal Tube Platform

NIJMEGEN, The Netherlands — OneClickTube.com has made its adult industry debut, touting its customizable embedding function and exclusive 50/50 hover ad share program as two features that could help eliminate the appeal of illegal tube sites.

OneClickMedia CEO Jurg de Bruijn, aka mrfrisky, told XBIZ that after working six years in online media, he realized the need for a site that would not only help webmasters embed video faster and more often, but also provide a unique revenue stream.

“We not only offer everybody embeds free of cost, we give everybody embedding from us a chance to earn money directly from any embedded video on their own sites,” de Bruijn said. “When you embed using your own personalized code, the hover ad shown directly on any video redirects 50 percent of the clicks to our choice of link and 50 percent of those to your own preferred link.”

Bruijn said it took seven months of coding, designing, thinking, creating and fine tuning the site and perfecting the hover ad-share program, something he said was — and still is — unavailable on any other site.

What also sets OneClickTube apart from other legal tubes, Bruijn said, is its customization options. Webmasters can choose any link to send their percentage of clicks, as well as input their preferred video sizes, allowing for quick and easy updates.

“Since everybody who is a bit Net-savvy can start a site, competition is fierce and every webmaster needs to be time-effective to be the best,” Bruijn said. “Time is money, and running one or more websites can take you hours a day just trying to embed the best videos. With us, you put your preferred sizes in your accounts profile, view a video you want to embed, push the ‘snapshot’ button and you’re done.”

Bruijn said webmasters instantly can get the thumbnails automatically resized to their standards, the embed codes customized to their preferred player’s dimensions, and customized thumbnails that aren’t already being used by hundreds of other webmasters.

“One click and you’re done,” Bruijn said.

Bruijn said that he hopes OneClickTube will act as a more profitable legal alternative to illegal tubes. The site offers both legal sponsor videos as well as user-generated amateur clips, and he said the company has a team in charge of strictly managing all uploads to assure each video is legal. He currently only allows representatives from sponsor companies to upload content without team approval, but pre-approved accounts are available.

“Since we offer webmasters 50 percent of the hover ad banner on the videos they embed, they have a big advantage over embedding from an illegal tube site,” Bruijn said. “Why would anyone want to embed from an illegal tube site that makes money from them, instead of making money themselves?”

Bruijn said, according to user feedback, this feature already has convinced many webmasters to stop utilizing illegal tube sites completely, and because the site gives high exposure to its sponsors’ videos promoting legal trailers, everybody wins.

“It’s spreading like an oil stain in the ocean,” Bruijn said. “We offer webmasters something they can’t refuse, which keeps the sponsors happy and puts an end to people using illegal tubes.”

Bruijn said the site has been in beta testing for several months and after a slew of adult company representatives gave it a shot, offered input and even stress-tested the servers to make sure they can withstand hundreds of thousands of unique views, OneClickTube is ready for operation. Its premiere sponsor is LiveJasmin.com.

“I would love to quote [positive sponsor feedback] all day, but I realize it’s hard for some to take sides between illegal tubes that they advertise on, and a new [legal tube] trying to fight them,” Bruijn said. “I just hope we can convince them all to stop advertising there and back us up now. We can do something together; the time of talking about tubes being ‘the worst thing to have happen’ is over. That’s where we step in.”
